Product Review Guidelines

1. Honest & Genuine Reviews
MASCO values truthful, transparent feedback from real appliance users. All reviews must reflect personal, firsthand experience using the specific MASCO product.
2. Moderation Process
Submitted product reviews enter a PENDING status and are moderated by MASCO administrators to ensure compliance with our guidelines before public publication. Reviews containing profanity, abuse, commercial advertising, or personally identifiable information will be rejected.
3. Editing and Removing Reviews
You can edit or remove your submitted reviews at any time from your Account hub. Editing a published review returns its status to PENDING for moderation.
