Terms of Service
1. Overview and Applicability
These Terms of Service govern the use of the MASCO online appliance store and the purchase of products sold through it in Pakistan, including MASCO products and products from other brands. By browsing our catalog, creating an account, or submitting an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Account Requirement & Commercial Orders
You may browse appliances and build a cart while signed out. However, proceeding to checkout and submitting an order requires creating or signing in to an authenticated MASCO account. All orders and submitted payment receipts are permanently owned by the authenticated account.
3. Pricing & Server Valuation
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices displayed in the cart are display estimates; final line prices, delivery charges, and totals are refreshed authoritatively by the server upon checkout entry and validated again at order submission.
4. Payment Verification & Order Confirmation
Orders placed via Raast or Online Bank Transfer require uploading an authentic payment receipt screenshot. Payment is confirmed only upon manual verification of matching bank credits by MASCO staff. Receipt upload alone does not constitute payment completion. Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed immediately upon submission.
5. Delivery Coordination
Following order confirmation, promised delivery dates and packing coordination are communicated directly with you via WhatsApp.
