1. Delivery Coverage
MASCO delivers genuine household appliances to approved cities in Pakistan. Delivery eligibility and flat delivery fees are computed dynamically during checkout based on your selected city.
2. Delivery Coordination via WhatsApp
Because major home appliances require careful physical handling, MASCO staff coordinates all deliveries directly with you through WhatsApp. We contact you to confirm a convenient delivery window and promised arrival date.
3. Inspection upon Delivery
Please visually inspect the external packaging and verify product authenticity upon arrival. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is handed to the delivery personnel upon receipt of the appliance.
